Xiangyu Wen

I will receive my ECE B.Eng from Sun Yat-sen University and begin Ph.D at North Carolina State University 26 fall. Previously, I worked in Imperial College London, Tsinghua University and Shanghai AILab. My research interests focus on Deep Learning methods, including Generative Models, Language Models, and their applications in synthetic biology and cells.

Besides, I served as President of IST (Information Science & Technology Developing Center for SYSU Students) from 2023.9 to 2025.9, leading the organization to host multiple national-level competitions and establishing it as a prominent technical club at the university.
